By downloading or using ZeroPing VPN ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Service Description

ZeroPing VPN provides a virtual private network (VPN) service for Android devices. ZeroPing VPN v1 includes free ad-supported access, with Premium subscriptions planned through Google Play Billing.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use ZeroPing VPN. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Acceptable Use

ZeroPing VPN is intended for legal use only. You are responsible for complying with applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction. You agree not to use ZeroPing VPN for any unlawful purpose, to violate third-party terms of service, or to:

  • Use the service for illegal activities
  • Commit fraud, copyright infringement, harassment, or other harmful activity
  • Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the service
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
  • Share accounts, subscriptions, or access credentials with others if account-based features are introduced later

4. Free Version

The free version of ZeroPing VPN includes advertisements. By using the free version, you consent to the display of advertisements after a successful VPN connection.

5. Premium Subscriptions

Premium subscriptions are planned for v1 through Google Play Billing. Final price, renewal, cancellation, restore, and refund information will be shown before purchase. Refunds are subject to Google Play's refund policy.

6. Service Availability

ZeroPing VPN strives to provide reliable service but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability in all regions or at all times. Service availability may vary by location and network conditions.

7. Privacy

Your use of ZeroPing VPN is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes what data we collect and how we use it.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be error-free, secure, or available at all times. We do not guarantee absolute anonymity or that the service will work in all network conditions.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZeroPing VPN shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the service at any time for violation of these Terms or for other reasons at our discretion.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable local laws. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of the applicable jurisdiction.
