ZeroPing VPN is developed by Star Core Studio (World Creation Technology Limited). ZeroPing VPN ("we", "us", "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
What We Don't Store in Logs
We believe in minimal data collection. While ZeroPing VPN processes certain data to establish and operate VPN connections, we do not store the following in our server logs:
- Your browsing history or visited URLs
- DNS query content
- VPN traffic content or payload
- Your IP address after it is processed for connection establishment
- Complete node credentials or server endpoints
What We Collect
We collect only the minimum data needed to operate and improve the service:
- Connection status: Whether you are connected, connecting, or disconnected. This is used to maintain service functionality.
- Analytics events: Aggregated or limited events such as connection success/failure, app version, and general region. These do not include browsing content.
- Crash logs: Technical crash data to fix bugs and improve stability.
- Advertisement data: Standard data required by our advertising partners to serve ads. See the Third-Party Services section below.

Third-Party Services
ZeroPing VPN uses the following third-party services:
- Google AdMob: For serving advertisements in the free version. AdMob may collect standard advertising identifiers and usage data according to Google's Privacy Policy.
- Firebase: For remote configuration and anonymous analytics. Firebase processes data according to Firebase's Privacy Policy.
- Google Play Billing: If Premium subscriptions are introduced later, purchases will be processed through Google Play Billing.
Data Security
All data transmitted between your device and our services is encrypted. We store data securely and limit access to what is necessary for service operation.
Data Retention
We retain analytics and crash data for up to 12 months. Connection status data is not stored permanently. You can request deletion of associated support or account-related data at any time.
